Girl Scouts Pass the Mic to Amplify Girl Leadership 

It’s no secret that when girls lead, everyone benefits from their innovation and unmatched passion for progress. But we need to do more than ask girls to  take  the lead; we have to set the stage for them, pass the mic, and give them the space to try, fail, try again, and unleash their potential. 

 At Girl Scouts, we’re proud to celebrate the International Day of the Girl by spotlighting ten of our country’s most outstanding young female activists—the 2019 National Gold Award Girl Scouts.
